We have processed your request to block the selected UBS card.
To protect your account, the card is now temporarily blocked and can no longer be used for purchases, ATM withdrawals, or online transactions. If any pending activity is detected, it will be reviewed by our fraud team and handled according to UBS security policies.
What happens next
A replacement card will be issued to the mailing address we have on file. You may continue to access your accounts through UBS Online Services, mobile banking, and any other active cards you hold. If you notice unfamiliar activity, contact UBS immediately using the number on your statement.
Staying protected
For additional security, review your recent transactions and update any recurring payments that were linked to this card once your new card arrives. Avoid sharing card details by email or text, and enable alerts in online banking to be notified about account activity in real time.
